Steal vs. Splurge

When you buy a new place or you're just looking to do a full reno, there's a lot to buy at once & you need to decide when to go for the steal or the splurge. I always want the splurge, but can't always have it. Lighting is one of those things I believe you should splurge on. But when you need two pendants & a floor lamp, something's gotta give....

I am thinking splurge on the pendants, and consider a steal for a floor lamp....

The Panthella Floor Lamp will run you about $700. I might argue it's worth it....
